FAQ

Who do you serve?

We have two models: office coffee subscription & a vending pay-per-cup kiosk. Our primary specialty is office coffee. We have revolutionized the game by providing the first office coffee solution team’s are actually excited to drink with an option for everyone including non-dairy lovers. We have a hybrid model for teams ranging from 15-50 employees and our standard model which services teams with 50+ employees.

Our vending service which includes a cashless payment solution on the machine primarily serves military bases, college campuses, and hospitals.

Where do you serve?

We currently service Southern California, Dallas, North Carolina, and Seattle. We will be finalizing a logistics partnership by the end of 2022 allowing us to service nationwide so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re outside of our current service areas.

Do you have a tabletop version or smaller machine?

No! We have discovered how to perfect that automated espresso brewing technology which requires larger mechanisms that the tabletop machines are not capable of providing. The nice thing about our standing machine is the capacity of product storage is 3x larger, requiring less and easier maintenance.

Do you have decaf?

No! We don’t believe in decaf. But we do offer chai tea and hot chocolate!

What does the machine need for hookup?

Standard 110 power outlet & an existing ¼ inch water source. That’s it!

Do you offer a plain black coffee?

Our americano is equivalent to a plain black coffee option. The only difference is ours is just espresso, which uses a different brewing method instead of a drip brewing method.

How many selections does VendiBean offer?

15 including chai which is optional!

Can I own the machine and make a profit?

No, VendiBean owns and operates the entire operation and does not sell the machine to independent owners.
